MAP Testing

Grades 3,4 and some of Grade 5 were tested this week using the Measures of Academic Performance (MAP). The students worked very hard despite this form of assessment being new to them. Results will be analysed by teachers on 21 September (in Service Day) to see how student performance in the assessment can provide useful, formative information for teachers. Parents will receive the results in a couple of weeks time. In April/May time the students will be tested for the second time in the year.

Seesaw for IST Families

Thank you to all parents who attended Tuesday's parent workshop 'Seesaw for IST Families'. Please find a copy of the presentation, with speaker notes, here. We are hoping that all parents are now connected to their child's Seesaw journal. If you have any further questions, please email our ICT Integration Coach, Sarah Hodgson.
