I joined IST in 2006 after a 15 year teaching career in Australia and Singapore. My Elementary Teacher Training was at Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia) where I majored in Health and Physical Education. I began my teaching career as a classroom teacher / PE teacher and soon returned to Deakin University to study Special Education, majoring in learning difficulties and disabilities. My experience is in the elementary classroom and as a special needs consultant. I am currently enrolled at Monash University Melbourne, Australia (Distance Education), studying for a Bachelor of Business and Commerce.
