Housing Officer

I have been working at IST since 1998 as the housing officer. I earned Full Technician Certificate in building and civil engineering at Dar es Salaam Technical College and an MSc in Architecture (Specializing in public buildings) at the Higher Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Sofia, Bulgaria. Also, I have attended different courses related to my field and contract management. I enjoy very much working in a multicultural society
