Accountant

I joined IST in July 2006 as an Accountant with specific duties for Foreign currency payments, Monitoring advances ($), Regular tracking of Professional Development funding, Foreign suppliers reconciliations, etc.

Before joining IST, I worked with the Aga khan Education Services, Tanzania in a similar position for three years. I also worked with Urbanization Metabolism Studies in Tanzania (UMOST) project for six months as a volunteer from Sept 2003 - Feb 2004.

I am a Tanzanian and holder of Advanced Diploma in Accountancy obtained from The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy. I am currently pursuing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) final stages, namely Model E.

I enjoy working with such a diverse community as existing at IST.
