Karin Mader

Board Member

Karin joined the board in June 2007. An Anthropologist and researcher from Switzerland, she has worked many years as a programme manager for development and humanitarian aid projects in South Asia, West Africa and the Balkans. She then shifted her focus towards communications and studied Journalism and Public relations. Before moving to Tanzania with her family in 2006, she was Head of Corporate Communications at an institution active in the educational sector in Switzerland. Karin has a daughter in Grade 3.
