Senior Personnel Assistant

I joined IST in August, 2006 as a Senior Personnel Assistant. I am a Tanzanian and holder of a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration specializing in Human Resources Management and Labour Laws from the Mzumbe University. Before joining IST, I worked with Ministry of Labour, Employment and Youth Development as a Labour Officer.

I love Human Resources Management and my future prospect is to become a competent Human Resources Manager in a multi cultural Organization like IST.
