Grade 4 Teacher

I am from New Delhi, India and moved to Tanzania with my family in August, 2007. I acquired my first Bachelor’s degree in Maths and English from University of Delhi and then obtained Bachelor’s degree in Education. Later on whilst I was teaching in UK, I worked towards gaining Q.T.S. from General Teaching Council of UK. 
My teaching career began in 1998 and since then I have taught mainly grades 3, 4 and 5 in different International Schools in Russia, UK and India. Before moving to Tanzania, I was teaching Grade 5 in The British School, New Delhi (India). In addition to teaching, I also shouldered the responsibility of Maths Co-ordinator for both key stages 1 & 2. I have visited many interesting places in the world such as Colombia, USA, Canada, Russia, Finland, Estonia, France, Netherlands and UK. It has been an enchanted learning journey for me, meeting different people and their cultures. Now as a part of IST in Tanzania, I am really enjoying another chapter of my life.
