Grade 3

Having been raised on the coast of California, making the choice to come and work at the International School of Tanganyika was an easy one- the ocean! For the last 8 years I have been teaching 5 th and 6 th grades near my hometown, Santa Barbara. Always loving adventure, I attended Humboldt State University and Fresno State University where I studied Education, and then joined the United States Peace Corps. I served on a very remote island in the Philippines, a job that I truly loved. I taught Science, and English to K-12. I am excited to be here in Tanzania to continue my adventure.
