I completed a Diploma in Education at Butimba Teachers College, Mwanza - Tanzania. I have been teaching since 1979. My career started in Mbeya , Tanzania where I taught in local primary schools. After nine years I moved to Zanaki Secondary School in Dar es Salaam where I taught English and Theatre Arts. After two years I moved to Aga Khan Education Service Tanzania as an early childhood educator. After two years I joined the International School of Tanganyika as an ESL Assistant. I have also worked as Community Services Coordinator, Substitute Teacher and EC 3 teacher. I have been teaching Kiswahili since 2000.
