Kelly Fenton
EC3
I was born and raised in Dryden, Ontario, Canada. I attended the University of Manitoba where I obtained my Bachelor of Physical Education degree. I continued my studies at Brandon University where I successfully completed my Bachelor of Education. I began my teaching career on a small First Nation Community in northern Canada teaching Grade 1. The following year I started my overseas experience at the American International School in Egypt. I spent two years there teaching KG1 (EC1 equivalent). Following that I spent four years in Peru at the Huascaran International School teaching Pre k (EC2 equivalent) to grade 1, and P.E. to grades K-4. That brings me to my current job here at the International School of Tanganyika where I previously taught grade 1 and EC3 presently. I am here with my husband, Jason, and our two lovely children; Chloe and Ethan. We enjoy living in Tanzania, learning about the language and culture here, but mostly spending time together on the weekends on safari or at the beach!
