Leah Bortolin
Grade 4 Teacher
In university, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher, but was sidelined when I discovered Linguistics. After doing a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Linguistics, I eventually turned my attention back to education and became a reading clinician. Adventure beckoned and I responded by moving to Taiwan, where I have resided for the last ten years. I have had the opportunity to work in the field of education in a wide variety of roles and have taught at all levels of education. Nevertheless, my constant passion has been teaching the elementary grades. I am eager to continue the adventure in Tanzania!
