Counsellor

I am a Third Culture Adult and originally come from France.
For 23 years I have worked and lived in France, Central Asia, Middle East, and North America and arrived in Tanzania in 2007. For the past eight years, I have worked for internationally mobile families as a transition trainer and counsellor, and have created tools to help children to move from one culture to another (tale, book, and board game). I like to use body work and tales with uprooted children and their families.
I have developed a multidisciplinary approach thanks to my trainings in Nursing, Anthropology (Master Degree in Sorbonne, Paris), Parent Education (PEP Washington DC) and Psychosynthesis (Paris, France). I am happy to be part of IST staff and to share my understanding of Global Nomad families. I am a mother of two Third Culture Kids teenagers, studying in IST.
