We want your family to join IST and we've made it easier for that to happen. For the 2017-18 school year, we are introducing a new fee structure for the Early Childhood (ages 3 to 5) programme as well as an opportunity to earn a partial scholarship. In addition, our Diploma Programme offers the widest range of DP classes in Tanzania as well as personalized university guidance counseling to help each student feel confident in their individual decisions about where to continue their education after they graduate from IST.
“What differentiates me today is that I had the opportunity through IST to interact and to meet so many different people from a young age.”
- IST Alumnus (Grade 6 to 12) who, after graduating from IST, matriculated to Harvard for his undergraduate degree followed by completing medical school at Duke University. He is currently pursuing an MBA at MIT (USA). IST's student body represents more than 60 nationalities with the largest percentage being Tanzanian.
Tuition assistance is available through a limited number of partial scholarships (up to 30%) for families with a demonstrated financial need. Students must be able to succeed in a school where English is the medium of instruction.
At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for partial scholarships. Please check back in January 2018 when we may again open up the partial scholarship application process.
