Welcome to the new student guide!

As an end of year project the seventh grade English classes have compiled information and written a guide to IST, Dar es Salaam and Tanzania, directed mainly at students who will be joining us from abroad (and, or course, their parents).  However, this information may be of use to anyone interested in the school, the country or the life of an international student. 

This information is intended as a starting point, not a comprehensive guide.  Some material does represent the opinions of the students involved and remember that  Dar es Salaam is a rapidly changing city!
