Reflective I think about my own work. I know when I’ve done well, and when I could have done better.

Risk-Taker I have confidence to try new things. I stand up for the things I believe in.

Thinker I think carefully and show initiative. I make good decisions and I’m a problem solver

Thinker He or she develops understanding of cause and effect, sorts and classifies and shows interest in big ideas.

Communicator She or he engages in conversation, manages social interactions, and expresses thoughts through writing and drawing.

Caring He or she shows sensitivity towards the needs and feelings of others, and is able to be part of a community of learners.

Knowledgeable She or he knows significant content.

Principled She or he begins to see another child’s point of view, is honest and begins to show a sense of fairness.
