Grade Two

The Grade Two classes will be studying everything from Mini-beasts to the Maasai this year. One of our units of inquiry involves an in-depth study of changes in and around our campus and Dar Es Salaam. In Galimoto, we will be building and testing our own moveable toy cars made from recycled rubbish. We will design tests for our cars and rate them on rubrics. In How We Organize Ourselves, the grade 2’s will be learning about all the elements required to put on a production. We look forward to sharing what we learn about the Maasai culture with our parents during our Maasai Days in June.
