Spanish Reading Night 2006

Vamos a leer en Español! fue el lema de nuestra Noche de Lectura en la Biblioteca el Martes 21 de febrero.

Nuestro lector invitado fue nada menos que el Embajador de España, quien deleito a todos con una divertida historia. Hubo música, una danza gitana y una atmósfera muy amena y festiva.

Fue organizado por los estudiantes de español y la Biblioteca estaba llena!

Our theme for Family reading Night was Let’s read in Spanish. Ms. Gabi Gade and her Spanish students organised it all. Everyone tried their hand at reading Spanish and those who could not got help from the Spanish students. We were honoured to have the Spanish Ambassador as our guest Reader. He entertained the children with a Spanish story. The IST elementary recorder group played beautifully and the evening was brought to a close with a dazzling Gipsy Dance.
