Family Reading Night Sleepover

The Elementary Library organized a Parent Child sleepover as a culmination of the Family Reading Nights for this year. The response was astonishing. We had some 50 children and their parents pitching tents in the Library quad or laying their bedding on the Library floor.

It was a night full of activities. – Swimming, arts and crafts, singing and of course lots of enjoyable reading by parents, children and teachers. What was wonderful to see was many Dads who participated. Everyone pitched in to help and left next morning satiated with hot waffles and fruits
