Cancer Hospital

Every week 30 I.S.T. students go to the Cancer Hospital community service project. While at the hospital, the students talk to the patients about the events going on outside the hospital, as well as trying to entertain them as much as possible. When not at the hospital, the IST students engage in many fundraising events such as the teacher auction, the Christmas card sale and many other activities.

We also have an annual Cancer Awareness week where the other members of the school are educated about the disease, and about the type of activities and fundraisers which take place for the Cancer Hospital project.
