A big thank you to everyone who came out and supported the IB2 visual arts students’ final exhibition last Saturday.  More then 200 people attended the night of art. Besides highlighting the amazing work of the IB2 art students, this exhibition was also meant to help prepare the artists for their exam - an interview with a visiting examiner, Buzzy Impey, who is visiting from Zambia this week.  During the exhibition, the artists were available to answer questions about their artwork, which helped them practice and gain confidence for their interview.

A big thanks also goes out to the featured band from the exhibition “Belia, Josephine and the boldies.” Their impressive music rocked the art room and was loved by all. 

This week in the Spotlight we proudly honor the IB2 Visual Art students for their amazing work over the past 2 years.  Congratulations on your recent exhibition, and for completing your final interviews.  It has been a pleasure seeing you grow as artists, and we hope that art continues to play a significant role in your lives.  The artists:
